Property owners can choose from a no-fee ACH transfer or a company check. Tenants are given a no-cost ACH transfer as well as other ways to pay rent, including debit card, credit card, CashApp, and Paypal. 

  If you are selling to divest from the property, we would like the first option to buy the property. However, if you are going to sell in the open market, we would like the privilege to represent you. In all cases, we ask for a 60-day notice to terminate our agreement for any reason.
